44mmr Terms & Conditions and Agreement

1.1 Age Requirement

The 44mmr platform is intended for players aged 21 and above only. Account registration, deposits, or play are not permitted for anyone under 21. Providing false information during age verification may result in account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

1.2 One Account Per Player

Each player may hold only one account. If duplicate accounts sharing the same phone number, IP address, or payment method are detected, one or all of the accounts may be closed immediately.

1.3 Accurate Information

When registering, you must provide your real name, correct contact details, and accurate payment information. Using false or someone else's information is a violation of these terms.

1.4 Account Verification

44mmr may request a copy of your national ID or proof of payment from any player at any time, before processing a withdrawal or to protect against bonus abuse. Withdrawals will not be processed until verification is complete.

2.1 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit amount: 5,000 Ks (for all methods)
• Minimum withdrawal amount: 10,000 Ks

2.2 Payment Methods

Accepted methods are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. These methods are available for both deposits and withdrawals.

2.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Once a withdrawal request is submitted and verification is complete, it will be processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Initial verification may take longer.

2.4 Payment Ownership

Only a payment account registered in your own name may be used for deposits. Third-party payment methods will not be accepted without prior arrangement.

2.5 Anti-Money Laundering

44mmr strictly follows an anti-money laundering policy. Suspicious transfers and activity patterns may be reviewed, and further action may be suspended temporarily or permanently.

3.1 Welcome Bonus

On your first deposit, you can receive a 100% bonus up to 300,000 Ks. The bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

• Example: Deposit 20,000 Ks, receive 20,000 Ks bonus → Balance 40,000 Ks → Wagering requirement 20,000 Ks × 20 = 400,000 Ks
• Example: Deposit 620,000 Ks, receive 300,000 Ks bonus (maximum) → Balance 920,000 Ks → Wagering requirement 300,000 Ks × 20 = 6,000,000 Ks

3.2 Bonus Conditions

• Each bonus can only be claimed once per player
• Players sharing the same phone number, IP address, or payment method cannot claim bonuses together
• Attempting to sell, transfer, or use a bonus on behalf of someone else may result in the bonus being forfeited

3.3 Promotion Changes

44mmr reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion with or without prior notice.

4.1 VIP Tiers

All players are eligible for 44mmr's four VIP tiers and can progress based on their play history:

• Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Gold — Weekly cashback up to 0.9%
• Platinum — Weekly cashback up to 1.2%

4.2 Claiming Cashback

Cashback will be credited as bonus funds, and VIP cashback requests must be made through customer support. General bonus terms apply to bonus funds.

5.1 Unfair Play

Using software, bots, automated tools, or bonus abuse methods is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed and any remaining balance will not be returned.

5.2 Wagering Manipulation

If a player is found to have claimed a bonus and then wagered only the deposited amount without wagering the bonus in order to withdraw, 44mmr reserves the right to deduct the bonus amount from the remaining balance.

5.3 Collusion Prevention

Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes is prohibited. Suspicious patterns may be investigated and, if necessary, reported to the relevant authorities.

5.4 Technical Errors

Funds obtained by exploiting software bugs or glitches are not valid. If a bug is found, you must contact 44mmr support immediately, and the relevant transactions may be reviewed.

6.1 Use of Personal Data

Personal data provided by players will be handled in accordance with 44mmr's Privacy Policy and is protected with SSL encryption.

6.2 Sharing with Third Parties

Player data will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law or strictly necessary for the delivery of services.

6.3 Cookies

This platform uses cookies to improve the player experience and for verification purposes. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.

7.1 Action by 44mmr

44mmr may temporarily or permanently restrict or close any player account without prior notice if these terms are violated, suspicious activity is detected, or it is required by law.

7.2 Self-Imposed Restrictions

Players may set their own personal limits within the Responsible Gaming policy. You can contact support to request a restriction.

7.3 Remaining Balances

Funds in accounts closed due to a legal violation may be held until the transaction review is complete. If an account is closed voluntarily without any violation and a balance remains, it may be refunded after bonus amounts are deducted.

8.1 Service Interruptions

44mmr may temporarily suspend services due to technical maintenance, server issues, or unforeseen circumstances. 44mmr is not responsible for any player losses resulting from such interruptions.

8.2 Third-Party Software

Every player is personally responsible for the security of their own device (phone, computer) and for protecting their login credentials. 44mmr is not responsible for any bets placed using a player's login by a third party who is not the registered account holder.

8.3 Legal Compliance

Every player must verify for themselves that using this platform complies with the laws of their place of residence. Using 44mmr is the player's own responsibility.

9.1 Changes

44mmr may update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page, and continued use of the platform after publication will be taken as acceptance of those changes.

9.2 Language and Interpretation

The official language of these terms is Burmese. In the event of any discrepancy, the Burmese version will be the primary reference for resolution. Translated versions are for reference only.
